Doug Coe is a third generation Wichitan with a passion to help clients achieve the peace of mind and knowledge that all of their ducks are in a row.  


Doug went to Wichita Collegiate School, Trinity University as a Baker Duncan Scholar, and the University of Kansas School of Law where he served as the Managing Editor of the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy.


​Early in his career, Doug worked at a leading regional firm where he saw a very broad range of cases. Later he worked at a national firm as a local specialist in their Tax, Trusts, and Estates department.  As the founder of Legacy Legal, LLC, Doug focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, trust work, and the related fields.

Doug is married to his beautiful bride, Caitlin, and has two beautiful daughters.

About Felicia acosta-steiner:

Felicia Acosta-Steiner is a Colorado native, who although raised on the eastern plains of Colorado, has ties to Kansas through her maternal grandmother, who was born in Strong City in 1916.  Drawn to the law by a passion of giving back to her community, Felicia is fueled by a strong sense of family and assisting clients in need.

Felicia obtained her undergraduate degree from California State University, Fresno where she majored in Philosophy-PreLaw.  She was a 2019 graduate from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver. 

During law school, Felicia concentrated on giving back to the community by actively volunteering in the Tribal Wills Project, an organization that journeys twice a year to rural Native American reservations assisting tribal members in creating their estate plans free of charge; as a Mentor for Law School…Yes We Can, a pipeline program that targets college freshmen of diverse backgrounds to prepare them for academic success; and as a Presenter for Learn Your Rights in Colorado (LYRIC), a non-profit organization that educates inner-city youth about their Constitutional rights and empowers them to exercise those rights as active and knowledgeable citizens.

Though licensed in both Colorado and Kansas, Felicia focuses exclusively on estate planning in the Sunflower State!

Felicia is married to her husband, Rudy, and they have two children, Zakary and Cheyenne.
