Life & Legacy Planning Session
Ready to get your ducks in a row with an estate plan? These meetings usually last about 90 minutes, and we will help you get more prepared and organized than most people ever get! We will start by discussing your goals, assets, and beneficiaries. About half way through the meeting, we will be able to have an informed conversation about the possible tools and strategies to accomplish your wishes. (If you have an existing plan from another law firm, we evaluate what's still good vs. where the updates are needed.) Once we are on the same page there, we will get into the details of the various documents. By the end of these meetings, we are usually ready to start drafting for you!
